Interpol 4th Album


Out Of Step can't wait for Interpols 4th album which has been described by the drummer Sam Fogarino as reverting back to the sound of 'Turn On The Bright Lights' which was later worringly contradicted by Paul Banks who said he did not know what Sam had been listening to but the album has gone to 'Next levels of crazy' and that it has some 'Classical stuff going on'. We can probably hope for more songs in the vain of 'Pioneer to the falls' with its complex structure, trumpets and Kessler's classic Reverb. Let's hope we get an album that see's the band reinvented after 'Our Love To Admire', which did showcase a band maturing and growing into a bigger sound yet songs such as 'All Fired Up' seemed like terrible album fillers that lacked the high standard Interpol normally keep throughout there albums. In the mean time here are a few links to what the members have been up to inbetween albums...
